The purpose of assignment2 is to assess students on the following Learning Outcomes:

LO4: Analyse different computer systems and recommend/design a suitable computer system for a given application.

LO5: Understand the CPU architecture and write fetch/execution cycles for program instructions.

LO6: Compare and Evaluate operating system architectures and select a suitable operating system for a given application.

LO7: Understand network protocols, TCP/IP model, and topologies and assign IP addresses to network devices in a simple LAN.
